Alright so, I had Russ as my stylist and he was so kind and sweet. However, my hair did not end up how it was supposed to be, and it is a little damaged. I asked for soft waves as I was going to a wedding, and ended up with curls that had wayyy too much product on them to loosen them up with my fingers. I honestly had a good experience but I had to go to another salon to fix it. 🙁
