Horrible experience! The dress has holes in the mesh, TONS of the sequins are hanging loose. A nearly $500 dress is now costing another $200 to get repaired. The people in the stair had ZERO concern that that quality was so crappy! They said ironing it would fix it. IT DID NOT!!!
Really bad service, I do not recommend this place. First I had to pay for the bouquet without knowing how it was going to look like. When I came to pick it up I did not like the design and asked if they could remake it. The second time the golden roses did not match the gold in the dress and in fact, they look burnt (shown below). I asked for it to be made a third time (shown below without the dress) and was disappointed again. There was no negotiating on a refund as they blatantly refused. this is the worst place how are they still in business my daughters dress was wrong they charged us more to get something it already came with wrong color no dont listen to there 5 stars there probably fake dont buy from here
