I nanny for a family who recently had Bellissimo/Morena work on their kitchen in San Juan. I was at the house every day while the homeowners were at work, so I got to interact with the crew the most. The guys working demo/installation were incredible (especially Marvin) They were all friendly, punctual, & hardworking. I have to give Marvin his own review. John and company are true professionals who really care about the quality of their work. We used them to do the stone fabrication for our kitchen done in Roma Imperale stone. The results are stunning. Even when I KNOW where the seams are, I have to look for them to see them. The bookmatching to get the patterns in the stone lined up are perfect. I had to have all their work re done. They did not put the thermostat in the floor (for heated floors) everything was out of square. The shower pan was too steep. They did manage to keep my money and not fix their work... horrible experience. These guys are not trustworthy!
