The woman at the door is always rude, I believe her name is Grace. Would not recommend to a friend.
I arrived on time for my appointment and was shocked by how rude the owner, Grace, was. She told me that the nail technician I had booked with could not take me because she was starting a manicure for someone else, and that I would have to wait. When I politely asked how long, Grace very rudely replied that I would get my nails done “before closing time.” She acted as if she was doing me a favor, but I’m paying for a service, and I expect to be treated with basic respect.
