Unhappy Client Owners VERY RUDE! Not warm and welcoming at all. Seemed to have a "superficial" feel. Took FOREVER to receive baby furniture...when we finally did, the night stand had a dent in it and the chair was the wrong fabric and color. After having the rocking chair for a little while, the back of it completely broke. DO NOT make purchases from this store. Why is it soooo difficult to find good customer service now a days? I don't get it!
Make this your LAST RESORT I would agree with the other reviews that this store practices POOR CUSTOMER service. We bought a nice twin bed & dresser for our son but not with lots of aggravation and rude customer service. I have done lots of shopping around and the set we found has been the ONLY set I fell in love with. If you're shopping for baby/kids furniture, go to USA Baby (ask for Jenny) or go to Jami B's (ask for Karen). happy customer I am a returning customer to bellini. i had purchased my older childs crib there and i have recently purchased the nursery furniture for the little one on the way. Money is tight right now and i wanted to make sure i could get the best deal.I was very impressed on how much i saved from shopping at bellini instead of other stores in the area. I love bellini's selection of quality furniture and their stall has always been so helpful.
Owners practice VERY BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT shop here. I bought a co-sleeper after coming in to this store many times. I quickly learned that they were out of stock and had to order one for me. I since received one as a gift from an out of town relative. I called to ask for a refund to my credit card as I hadn't received it yet. An older man and woman own the store and upon calling the man told me that he ordered 2 for inventory and 1 for me and didn't want to take it back. Of course, he had to ask his wife and call me back. great store i had a wonderful experience with billini. They had a wonderful selection. I found the perfect crib at a great price! not only did i get such a good deal on the furniture but they also gave me a discounted price on bedding and a glider. I was very worried when my delivery for the furniture was delayed (which can happen with any company) but they went out of their way to give me a bassinet as a loaner until my furniture came in. Our Bellini Furniture expereince is a DISASTER My wife and I purchased a Bellini Crib and Dresser. In short, the whole experience has been a DISASTER.When the furniture was delivered, by Marc and Howard (Owners), the dresser had a smashed corner, the top had a fracture in it, the drawers had buckled bottoms. The drop front crib has a drawer that doesn't slide smoothly, has an open knot in the wood and the drop front rubs on the side rail of the crib when you slide it.When we pointed out these problems, they said no furniture... read more
Great store I had the opposite experience of the poster. I found that they had a great selection, reasonable prices, and nice staff. The sales lady that I talked to was awesome, she spent a lot of time talking to me and telling me what items are most popular and what most people end up being happy with. I definitely recommend checking them out!
okay selection, not very friendly They were not very friendly with us. I wanted a crib that did not drop down on the side, and the manager guy laughed at us, and pretty much called us stupid. USA Baby has a much better selection, many more cribs, and they are nicer to boot. I did NOT like the way I was treated in this store. We got our stationery-side crib, and it's great. So Bellini didn't even know what they were talking about. How dare someone call a customer stupid
