Kathleen is great, however getting ahold of her is nearly impossible. She works part time, which is fine, but she doesn’t return calls or emails and three times I had appts with her and she didn’t remember and wasn’t at the office when I showed up. Dr. Malnor is a very skilled and compassionate women’s health practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and professional, while still being caring, warm, and personable. I was lucky enough to be a patient of her’s for a short time before moving out of state. Just recently I called her office with a few questions about my medical records and she took considerable time out of her busy day to call me back, answer all my questions, and to provide education plus reassurance about a matter she wasn’t even directly involved in. Let me preface by saying that I have never had an appointment with Kathleen Malnor, but I did call to try to make one. What I found was that although Kathleen does not do the procedure I would eventually need, she told me exactly who to contact and exactly what to expect. She spent time explaining the procedure and likely outcome and calming the fear she heard from me, even though I was not her patient.
