I called in to AAA for a tow, Bellingham parts plus is who was sent. I have never been happier with a company. They were polite and extremely helpful! Not to mention they were punctual, and cheerful, which is like a breath of fresh air especially when in the inconvenient situation of needing a tow in the first place. Kudos to Jim and Brandon for the wonderful experience with BPP!!
DO NOT GO HERE! I came for just an oil change and asked how much it would be for my Ford Focus 2014 that takes synthetic oil and they told me $100!!!!! “Luckily” my friend works for them and got it down to $87. I later went back to pay and they told me it was $97 FOR AN OIL CHANGE ONLY. I told them my friend brad said it would be $87 and they told me that was not true? Joe saved me last month with a dead battery .. he was really informative and kind. he explained what went wrong and how he would fix it. I read in the AAA magazine an article about him today . Congratulations Joe for being recognized among the top Battery techs in the nation! I experienced that great service ;)
This place was a nightmare the owner of Bellingham Parts Plus came off as a rude, misogynistic, racist jerk. The owner and his employees tried to trick my mother into paying $80 for a simple battery installation and then tried to keep her hostage when we refused to pay for a service we were originally told was free. RecommendedAt 9 AM yesterday my starter in my Kia died in my driveway. By 945 my car was at Bellingham parts plus and by 4:45 PM I received a voicemail telling me that my car was completely done and fixed. This was on a Friday- when my dealership told me they couldn’t do anything for me until Monday! As a parent, this was so helpful and saved me 467 $ in a car rental! So grateful! Thanks so much John, Alice and whoever else helped me!
