Over the past year, we have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Our experience with their sales and more specifically, the service department, has been disappointing to say the least. The first vehicle we purchased was brand new and had no issues. However, our latest purchase—a 2015 F150 purchased in July 2025—has experienced ongoing problems from day one and has spent more time in the shop than in our driveway.
