If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car to Bellingham Ford after calling ahead and being assured they could help reassemble part of my engine block (I already had all the parts, some brand new). I had my car towed to their shop, and then it sat there for four months. Easy to make appointment online. Ready for me when arriving for appointment. Great staff
We appreciated the congeniality and thoughtfulness of the salesmen. The atmosphere at Bellingham Ford is very relaxed and pleasant. They had exactly the model of truck we wanted except the color. Rather than getting the color of truck that we wanted from another dealership 200 miles away, they gave us a discount on the one on their lot. We were happy and said, “yes.” The 0% financing was a big decision making for us. Thank you Shawn Gregory, Bones Bonesteele and Bellingham Ford!
I've had good experiences with Bellingham Ford's service department. They diagnosed and replaced a spark plug causing engine misfires at higher speeds for my 2013 Ford F-150. I also recently bought a 2018 Ford Expedition with 90k miles from another used car dealer and a check engine light showed up after 100 miles. (I'll give the benefit of the doubt because the experience with that dealer was also good.)
