Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Dr Nguyen is very knowledgeable and caring.
Usually I really enjoy my vistis. However I've been dealing with the lab. Who has completely dropped the ball twice. This office right now in my opinion is not putting the patient first. I'm being expected to wait, uet again even longer for my urrent issue to be fixed. Knowing the lab is at fault both times. The lab should hand deliver what I need to make up for their dropping the ball, and make it right. But instead here I'm in pain and discomfort and being asked to wait untill Tuesday. Dr. Nguyen is a very professional and kind man; I've been to a few dentists and he's the best, it's not even close. My procedure went flawlessly (and quick too). Additionally, the assisting staff/office personnel were second-to-none: helpful, courteous, and all-round pleasant to be around. 11/10
recently had a tooth extracted at pristine smiles dental, and I have to say, the experience was beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized. The procedure itself was completely painless! The dentist took the time to explain everything thoroughly beforehand, which made me feel completely at ease
Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist - knowledge, caring, thorough and a very fun personality. His staff are all super friendly and efficient. The office is clean and state-of-the-art. And they always manage to easily accommodate arranging visits with my travel schedule. I hate having any dental work done, but they all put me at ease here. You can't go wrong with Pristine Smiles.
