Well, well below average experience. Was not listened too, nor acknowledged whatsoever. Was a gaslighing type of episode. My anxiety was sky high duetoo the way I was treated.
Twice I waited three hrs to see my Dr. No one ever asked me if I had been seen yet.
RecommendedI am grateful to this day for Dr. Kullas. I had two cataract surgeries a few years ago and consider myself to have bionic eyes. LOL Everyone on the team are professionals in the field. I pray for you all during this challenging time and thank you for remaining on the front lines.
I love this office! Dr. Kullas has changed my life with my first cataract surgery, and I totally trust him for the second! Allison is second to none and is as patient, and knowledgeable as an assistant, as my doctor is! The receptionist with the short hair and glasses took the time to greet my grandson and give him some stickers and she is very friendly. My neighbors go to Dr. Kullas and adore him as well! Quality Professional care
A detailed letter will be sent to the Clinic Manager regarding the competence level in which this clinic operates to include eye test technicians, receptionists, scheduling staff and practitioners or “doctors”. I would say their code of ethics and basic customer care are inadequate.
Have been a patient of Bellingham Eye Physicians and they are the best! Dr. Kullas has done cataract surgery on both my husband and myself and treats me for Glaucoma. My Glaucoma is completely controlled - the customer service from the office staff is amazing. I could not recommend it more highly!
