Dr. Spencer is very caring, efficient and is very personable! I would definitly refer him to my friends!
I was genuinely pleased with my first appointment. The staff was very friendly. Dr Spencer didn't just focus on the problem I was there for, he spoke with me about another problem he noticed in my records. I felt like he really cared about the whole me and not just getting me through an appointment. Thank you all for your care and dedication!
I was shamed by doctor Lichtenberg and his staff because I could not afford to pay my full $1500 deductible directly to him prior to my surgery. I was told they would cancel it and the dr himself recommended I reschedule when I was in a better financial position. I offered to pay a big chunk of it an make a payment plan with the clinic but was told the dr himself was not comfortable waiting to be paid. How ridiculous is that.
