I am writing this review about a male reception staff member. I called to try and make an appointment for my partner who has just lost his son. The appointment needed was for a very personal matter . I was offered an appointment with another doctor as his doctor didn't have an appointment till June. I explained the situation and asked if the suggested doctor was male or female and if they were young or a more mature doctor.
