Please do not go here. We had a horrible experience and ended up leaving before my son was seen due to a 5 hour wait. We were charged over $1400 for a triage blood draw and EKG. Ive called to discuss the charges and no one will call me back. I've left multiple messages with ZERO response. Bellin has charged us for services never provided and we have no recourse because no one will answer the phone. Staff were great, length of wait and lack of process three times now had to walk out. Green Bay Bellin, the staff tries but it is obvious they have people waiting to make more money. They need to have someone overseeing the ER waiting room and checking on patients. After check in people just sit not knowing anything. There is no one to walk around and make sure everyone is ok in and ER room waiting for hours. My partner was in level 10 pain and we waited almost 2 hours and she still wasn't given anything for the pain so we walked out in disgust that this was the level of care.I also had to help a stranger in a wheel chair that staff just dumped at the phone in the emergency room. FOR THE MONEY YOU CHARGE DO BETTER

I will never come back here again. After my experience I cancelled all of my appointments with Bellin and switched facilities. I came in with severe body aches and a migraine. I could barely stand, couldn’t look at any light, and couldn’t listen to even a whisper without intense pain. When I arrived it was packed which was to be expected. The placed an initial IV site for a blood test and kept the insertion in so that way they wouldn’t have to place another one after getting back to the room.
