If I could rate negative stars I would. I have more bad experiences here than good and it’s all due to the staff. You can only be happy go lucky 24/7. Anything else and the staff pops an attitude cause they’re emotionally immature. Every single one of them needs to go through empathy and deescalation training. Popping an attitude at someone cause you’re stressed and they’re upset isn’t gonna deescalate the situation. I work at a GAS STATION and I handle upset customers better than you “professionals”. I wish I could give 0 stars! The very unkind lady at the front desk working last Friday at about 6pm should not be working in an er checking people in for 1. She has no compassion or sympathy for patients that are suffering. I was disgusted with how nasty her attitude was towards me.
I was seen in the emergency room last night …. And Lisa, the nurse practitioner is the nurse who took care of me. I’m am in just absolute awe over how truly compassionate she was. She was also very empathetic- and truly listened to me when she’d ask very detailed questions. You can tell that she is passionate about her career by the way she took care of me . I was seen tonight in the ER for post surgical complications. NP Lisa and RN Hailey were both amazing. Healthcare definitely needs more people like these 2 amazing ladies.
Expect a 3 hour wait, no matter how sick are. They hook you with an i.v. so you can't leave Cramped and depressing waiting room.
