Saw Dr Conrad for knee replacement. Beautiful and quite costly facility I suppose supersedes their ethics. If you are overweight, don't waste your time or money on this place. They will see you but their policy is not to replace knees unless one is below a BMI of 45, which they chose to inform me after the visit even though they had my records and weight weeks prior.
