Their food was good, but the doctor I seen was not even good, and Ik they sound like they actually care about the patients but the doctor didn’t looked like they cared, there was one trans person, that I loved cause she showed like she cared about the patients
I enjoyed my stay at Bellin! Most of the staff were very friendly, and helped me with the things I needed help with during my stay. Great team of Empaths. And the food was amazing — they offered us snacks as well, and we had movie nights. Also enjoyed the therapy sessions.
For 2 and a half months 2pm on this day was my time. NOT ANOTHER PATIENTS. Being 30 mins late to an appointment after making them wait 2 and a half months for mental health care is insane. Idk why dr.edwards is even a doctor. This is NOT how you treat people that need mental healthcare.
They deleted every single (at least 5) pre scheduled appointments for my therapist sessions. No call, no message, no explanation. And they screwed up my last appointment by sending me a faulty link and I told them this and I STILL got a "ding" letter about a missed appointment that THEY literally caused me to miss. What a joke. Have been told since Wednesday I was going to get a call back from Management 🦗 since; no calls, no messages, JUST THE APPOINTMENTS THEY DELETED/CANCELED.
