I give a two because the Dr Perez wouldn't listen to what I was telling her. She has me down as a diabetic. She says I am and then she says I'm not. So I had to find a different Dr. in Green Bay. And then you have to wait for ever. And then I have things down on my records that are not true. Would like to have the written stuff taken off. But I know that will not happen.
