If you want to see an actual Dr. beware, you will probably see a nurse and they even introduce themselves as Dr. xxx. It wasn't until the receipt you will see you actually saw a nurse that even the receptionist says Dr ...the nurse even introduced himself as Dr!!! Seems like fraud.
I see the neurologist Dr. Wong due to a brain injury and my memory is really bad and I’m not allowed to drive. They were rude and Not understandable when I told them I missed my appointments because medical transport failed to pick me up and bring me. The neurology department was pretty rude and seemed like they didn’t care even though it wasn’t my fault not only that but The neurologist Dr Wong seems to just brush my issues that I have from the brain injury off like it’s nothing despite me having a lot of struggles. I used to like Bellin (Dr David Kaufman is the best!) but it seems like the staff doesn't know what's going on anymore. I've fully transferred to Aurora with no problems.
