Why is no one answering your COVID hotline? Half an hour of wait time, now it's just ringing ringing ringing.
SO DISAPPOINTED!! Had a biopsy scheduled (on pins & needles for the week and a half that I waited for the appointment) I was told the doctor was running late by half an hour as a patient didn't get the message that their appointment was cancelled and showed up anyway.???? Did they realize how stupid that sounded? Got in to see the doctor, ($100 copay) only to be told a different biopsy must be done in Green Bay, then went on to say if you don't hear from someone in a week or so call the clinic and follow up. Doctors with God egos and not very helpful when it comes to people with disabilities. Saying this for a family member who had a sad experience.
The clinic here is a joke, no doctor only Nurse Prac. No treatment, request more money in order to do further testing. Told to go to ER if not feeling better by morning, Only a money racket do not waste your time.
