The receptionist is so patient, personal and efficient. Marcia Hayes is the most personable, caring and compassionate person. She listens and takes time to tend to my needs.
If I could leave Bellin Health Luxemburg zero stars I would. The receptionists are super friendly but the medical "professionals" are very incompetent. I have been seeing Ellen the past few years about a reoccurring respiratory infection she has been brushing off as allergies and prolonged symptoms over 6 months and was told by Ellen that "there's nothing I can do" even though it could've simply been resolved with antibiotics. I finally had enough and went and saw a different doctor who told me "it's clearly not allergies" a... read more
Physical therapy after knee replacement is so hard and sometimes painful. Kevin does a wonderful job. It feels so good after.
