After 12 years in Florida, I changed my PCP and insurance cover. Now... Dr. Blake Lemke, is the best Primary Care doctor ever. She is very detailed,a great listener and extremely caring. I'm really lucky to have found her after my move to Wisconsin. Bellin Health Kewaunee has provided great communication and an awesome phone app to use for everything. So happy this all worked out
