Pain mgmt is awful. I was prescribed meds, injections, and creams, same as past with other places. Pain didn't used to be all day everyday. Progressive disease. I have a caregiver full time to help me in personal care to cleaning my place. She wondered if surgery was an option for my neck. Even though it's polyneuropathy and pain from involuntary muscle activity, including organs.
