Worst place I have ever been as far as wait times. They call you to come in right away and then you wait for hours - no respect for your time at all.
If you go to the ER room and the ER does testing that they send to Bellin, they will not give you your results. I was told this is their policy. Nurses were nice, but this policy, in my opinion, is dangerous to their patients, especially if there are concerns with those results. Have recently found a new primary care md.

Everything from the check-in, to the waiting room, to being seen, was smooth and efficient. It took only 30 minutes from check-in to getting orders from the doctor, and we were out the door (granted there were only two people in front of us). My son saw Dr Jennifer Gibbons. She was kind, heard our concerns, and was helpful. The nurse that took my 19 month olds vital was patient and friendly. Thank you to everyone at Bellin, for making a rough situation a little bit smoother.
This place has the most incompetent health care I've ever seen. To get a prescription refill, non narcotic, tool 1 week, my wife talking to 5 different nurses, 2 of their facilities. Just seems like no one can properly relay a msg. My wife needs her gall bladder removed. According to tests it's in very bad shape, and even with that the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and nurses can't figure anything out. Constant lack of communication and confusion.
