I was in there today and the front desk staff were very rude. I was told I couldn’t do my physical until a year later but no one told me. So I showed up she said they tried to call me but of course no one did. The Drs are great, the front desk staff is NOT.
My wife and I have been pleased with everything at Bellin Health. Bellin Health is very well organized, always follow up as promised, and have friendly staff. They made good progress helping my wife actually get better. It's been such an improvement over our Twin Cities experience where they supposedly have great health care.

Hospital good time
Loved Bellin but have not had the same experience in recent yrs. Can take weeks to months for appointments then weeks for tests. . Patient care just doesn’t seem to be the priority anymore, after a long and happy relationship it may be time to be looking elsewhere. Medical care is great but administrative and billing surprises seem to be the norm..
