Customer service at the front desk is horrible. Called for an appointment and she always has attitude. It’s chunky brown lady that works there is always rude. And we have been a often patient here but because of this we decided to go to a different healthcare provider. Doctors are amazing here though.

I was in there today and the front desk staff were very rude. I was told I couldn’t do my physical until a year later but no one told me. So I showed up she said they tried to call me but of course no one did. The Drs are great, the front desk staff is NOT.

My wife and I have been pleased with everything at Bellin Health. Bellin Health is very well organized, always follow up as promised, and have friendly staff. They made good progress helping my wife actually get better. It's been such an improvement over our Twin Cities experience where they supposedly have great health care.
