I called prior to the office closing but ended up on hold and got the after hours call center at 5:08. Working and then rushed to make a phone call before generations closed just to be pushed to the after hours calls was extremely disappointing. If the calls in Que before closing hours I feel the office should accept those calls. Especially when medical bills can be as much as our house payments and for some as much as their home. Every single person that I dealt with throughout my last pregnancy at this location was simply amazing. I had a very challenging pregnancy and the drs and nurses always went above and beyond to help

This is sad I’ve been waiting on my medicine for a week. I have high blood pressure and diabetes and the doctor is only in for two days out the week for this clinic. The way there handling me shows they don’t care about your well being. I’m telling them my blood pressure has been high for a week straight. She won’t even call back in to let them know it’s ok to fill the prescription. This would be 0 stars but it won’t let me do it. Now I no longer trust going there cause I won’t be treated right after this post.

Office is clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, but Bellin over charged me for the visit. After I called to dispute, they did an 'internal audit' which did not include talking to me and held on to their overcharge with all their might. I liked the doctor well enough, but sadly cannot financially sustain such high prices for an office visit.

Only been waiting 2-3 months for a gynecology appointment due to some concerning symptoms I've been experiencing and FALSELY diagnosed from a different Bellin department. And now that the appointment is only a day away, the doctor isn't going to be there! So I had to reschedule! Again! So MAYBE I'll be seen next month if I don't die from whatever I'm dealing with.
