I have only seen the Dr once since my initial eval. Very out of tune Dr. Hasn't kept up with short term disability paperwork so now claim has been terminated. This kind of treatment makes an illness more stressful then it needs to be. They need to learn how to do their jobs and hold someone accountable for things don't get addressed in the time frame given. Not impressed to say the least.
