Note: The fitness center is no longer a part of the clinic (Bellin closed it a few years ago). Great place with friendly knowledgeable trainers. My wife and I have been members for about 20 years and even though people change, they always hire great trainers like Katie Schumann. Normally I just take group fitness classes - I specially like Super Saturday, which has rotating instructors and different focus each week. Prices are reasonable and they just refreshed the equipment. Great for all ages.

I have now joined the long list of people who have tried to call and resolve and issue only to spend long periods of time on hold. I was told by my insurance carrier that an appointment I recently had would be 100% covered. Now I am being billed an extra amount. My carrier suggested I call my provider as the service was miss coded. I called billing and after a long wait time on the phone I was told to call my Dr. . Trying to call the travel clinic and no one there knows how to transfer. They give me wrong numbers to reach the travel clinic, then when I call back I spend 20 minutes on hold BEFORE THEY HANG UP ON ME. Then I have to call back again. I have spent OVER AN HOUR trying to reach the travel clinic today! Why don't you put the direct phone number on your website??? Or answer your phones???
