Great location that takes care of my family's health care needs. Awesome urgent care, great physicians, and an awesome clinic manager (Aleks) who has been a great help when running into him in the hall to show me where to go! He even gave my 2 year old son a high 5 and made his day! Will definitely keep going here!

You need to start answering phone calls. Makes me want to change the clinic. Waited over half an hour to schedule an appointment and now body answer my call. Absolutely not acceptable. Like my doctor. Fix your music impossible to listen to.

I want to start by saying.. I LOVE my Dr. Cori Thayse. She IS the standard for ALL Bellin Dr.'s. However the support staff is hideous. I called and had the pleasure of arguing with Miriam about answering some medical questions with a receptionist. She laughed at me on the phone. So unhappy with being laughed at I filed a complaint. The Clinic Manager Alex called me and told me I have unreasonable expectations. However he would investigate Miriam laughing at me. Been on hold for over 30 min. now trying to schedule a lab. No one will answer the phone. Update, I've been waiting for one hour now and no one will pick up the phone. I waited from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM on Monday, May 12.
