Always prompt and informative. Office staff and doctors are excellent.
First visit for lab work today at this location. Receptionist was very, very nice but the lab tech sucks at her job and has VERY poor "bedside manners". She clearly doesn't know how to draw blood & literally dug around in my arms with the needle like she was digging for gold to find the vein. One arm just had an IV removed and was already very sore but she didn't care at all. Plus she didn't read my chart about latex allery because she used latex band-aids on both arms!
They have always had my best intrest at heart they get to the bottom of things Katie Lukes is my family doctor love her to death shes very caring and gets down to whats ailing you. You all are the best !
Started going here because I wasn't getting the health care needs I needed from Marshfield Clinic. Love Bellin Health❤ Care.
