When it comes to large projects he does a great job. His team resided our home, put on a new metal roof, built a large pole shed, custom built a new staircase, installed new windows, and replaced all the trim. When it comes to little details and following up with problems he falls short. An extra hole was drilled into our wall and he promised to fix it, I've asked four times over the past year and it's always 'next week'.
