Why did I not get a prenatal massage earlier??? This was an amazing relaxing experience. I felt so comfortable and was able to truly relax and unwind.
Great experience!!! I received a prenatal massage at Bellies and Babies and the massage therapist was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was able to relax and she was also able to target some of my trouble areas. Additionally, she showed me exercises to try at home to help with pain and discomfort during pregnancy. Highly recommend!!! I will definitely be going back!
Bellies+Babies newest location in Davidson(Lake Norman) has been the biggest blessing for my 2nd pregnancy! After going to my 1st prenatal massage w/Julia I was hooked! My hips have been in a lot of pain from carrying a toddler & extra pregnancy weight around. She has been able to keep the pain at bay w/routine prenatal massages. Julia & owner Sara feel like family now! I can never thank them enough for all they’ve done these past 30+weeks of pregnancy. Looking forward to postnatal care as well!
What an exceptional resource to have right here in Davidson. The owner, Sara, has totally nailed the vibe. Services are exceptional and are very "under promise; over deliver." As a mom who is about to join the 2 under 2 club, I couldn't be happier that Bellies + Babies is here to get me through the rest of this pregnancy and help with the transition into that postpartum period and beyond.
