This company is a scam. When you call its an AI bot that answers and you cannot get a person. I was paired with this company by a moving coordinator at my new apartment. They sent me a contract form that was bugged and could not be submitted. My move was less than two weeks out at this point. I sent an email letting them know. I got ghosted by American Vanlines after making a 50% deposit. I was scrambling to find someone to get my interstate move done, quickly. Victor in sales found me a mover 2 days from my call & got my stuff there the same day American was supposed to. Bellhop's service is streamlined, so their website & app are great, and there's constant communication. They have a dedicated truck & driver just for you, so actually gave me an exact pickup & drop off date, which they stuck to. I couldn't find another company who'd do that. The ... read more
