Had a great experience moving out of my apartment. Took care to pack things well and suggested better ways to avoid damage best as possible.
Josef N. was outstanding. He was a good leader and worked hard to make sure his team got everything moved carefully and promptly. There was 1 guy that was on his phone almost the whole time, but I just laughed it off. If I hadn't found entertainment in it, I might have been annoyed that I paid for the extra person and he was pretty worthless to his team. I did have an issue with the final bill, but the customer service team responded quickly and exceeded expectations.
Worse experience I had after 15 national and international moves! Today is our move, and despite hiring weeks in advance for an interstate move on a 6,000 sq foot home, and after being told that 2 trucks and enough workers would be provided to get it done in a day, only 2 workers showed up! Yes, 2 poor souls had to do the job of 6. That wasn't my problem, i assumed I would just call the company and figure out a plan.
