The team did a great job with my move. They were very respectable, asked where items need to go and did it all with a positive attitude. I would use them again for a move.
There was damage done to walls, ceiling and floors. A large original oil painting was completely ruined, sent in a claim and can’t get any reply to my claim.

Moving team showed up two hours later (11am) than reserved starting time (8-9). Only 4 out of 5 movers completed the job. The moving team worked really hard to finish everything before 10pm. Bellhop didn't communicate clearly with moving team and I had to reach out to customer service during the moving. And of course there was never agent answering the call. Had to talk to AI and wait for someone to call back. With all the inconvenience and frustration, the refund is less than 10% of the total payment.
