I'd give 3.5 stars but that wasnt an option. Experience was an experience. I had a long distance move. The way this works: local onload crew, same driver and local offload crew. Driver was timely! Professional and had full trust and confidence with my belongings. Would ask for him again.
The team did a great job with my move. They were very respectable, asked where items need to go and did it all with a positive attitude. I would use them again for a move.
There was damage done to walls, ceiling and floors. A large original oil painting was completely ruined, sent in a claim and can’t get any reply to my claim.
