Terrible experience! We booked weeks ahead of time. The movers never showed up, never called...nothing! I even had a text that mornong confirming the appointment. To make things even more infuriating, you can't get a live person when you call, only AI. Never again! Now I need to fight with them to refund me for the wasted rental truck.
These gentlemen were extremely helpful and professional. All of my items were quickly moved inside and in perfect condition.
WORST MOVERS EVER. BUY EXTRA INSURANCE AND PREPARE TO LOSE YOUR MIND WITH THE STRESS AND AGGRAVATION THEY CAUSE !! Not worth the savings. The movers are only one to three days on the job. They don’t know how to pack everything broke and you can’t get anybody on the phone for days and days especially during your actual move. If you hire this company just know that you were warned it is the absolute worst experience you will ever have from a mover.
I booked over a month before my move to have Bellhop help me unload a pod. Bellhop called less than 48 hours before my move to tell me my team wasn't available. The next day they could schedule me was 4 days away. The pod was being picked up in 3 days. Plus both me and my husband had to return to work in 3 days as well. Bellhop was unable to reschedule within the 3 day window. So I had to cancel. They charged me a $200 cancellation fee. Part 1: I am very upset with BellHop. I believe they were very unprofessional and misrepresented cost for services rendered. I was obviously moving, change of address through the USPS, afterwards I was bombarded with numerous moving related advertisements. One was BellHop Moving Services. Since their add was via the USPS, I made the assumption that they were vetted.
