Just DONT DO IT! I moved from Ohio to Phoenix with Bellhop. During the move they caused over ten thousand dollars in damage to my furniture. I have the pictures to prove it. They asked for lots of documentation of the damaged items which I provided. In turn they offered me a settlement of $378.48. They have some stupid system where they pay for damaged items by weight. The team was fantastic. They got the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.
The worst movers EVER!!! They couldn’t get a basic 3 bedroom house moved in one day so they scheduled it the next day and they still couldn’t get it done. Also a lot of my furniture was damaged and when I called to tell them and I even sent pictures I still haven’t heard anything back from them. Horrible moving company. Don’t use this company !!!
