Great experience, very efficient movers, helped me haul some of my furniture to the dump station. Will recommend.
The movers were rude. They didn’t communicate. They started the move not knowing any of the information we shared about our move. After the walk through they informed us that they weren’t sure if our stuff would fit in the moving truck and it wouldn’t be able to finish the move in time. Used this service for a cross-town move and was super impressed with this company. Our movers, Martin and Val, were efficient, fast, and communicative throughout the whole process. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!
The movers they hired for a 3 man, 3 hour home furniture and laundry machine job no-showed due to a "truck breakdown." The movers they hired to come back for the next day: 1) didn't have enough tools to disassemble all of my furniture (my tools were already packed away so I had to go borrow some for them to use), 2) had a slow and unprofessional pace of work (I ended up jumping in and help move stuff to try and speed things along), they didn't fully reassemble two out of the three beds I needed moved, 4) scratched up doors a... read more
