Eddie, Andre, and Alex were amazing. Helped us move to our new home without any issues.
Mover was pretty good. We had to reclarify instructions a few times. A couple things were damaged, nothing major. One item was taken as junk mistakenly. Bellhop has been great making things right.

Bellhop seems to have a very basic online quote tool in order to provide very aggressive and inaccurate pricing up front. I had chosen Bellhop over a competitor that came out to my house to see everything before providing a quote. prior to booking the job Bellop was $800 lower, after the job they came in over $600 higher. I was charged $256 dollars after the movers were late and left items behind. Ridiculous
The representatives that assisted with my move was prompt, professional and went above and beyond. They were careful and efficient. I would rehire in a heartbeat.
