tate, carlos, and jimmy were amazing!! they were super fast and efficient, but very careful with all of the items. super friendly, definitely recommend :)
Bellhop made our move exponentially MORE stressful — not less. We booked movers a full month in advance. Everything looked fine until move day… when no one showed up. No call. No update. And when we tried to get answers, we discovered Bellhop doesn’t even have humans answering the phone — just an unhelpful AI voice system. 40 minutes past our scheduled time (8–9am), we finally got a call saying there was a “truck breakdown” and movers would arrive at 11am. I scheduled a move a week in advance with this company, requesting 3 movers and a truck. On the day of the move only the 2 movers showed up. After talking with the movers I was informed the driver never received notice of the move as well as the truck was not in service.
Horrible!!! The team lead was great but we were supposed to have 4 movers and only received 3 (had a no show). And another one of the movers was late, complained the entire time, and demanded that we tip. We also had multiple items damaged. We have attempted to reach out to support multiple times for this and have not heard back!!!! Everytime we call it says the line is busy and they will call back after we leave a voicemail.
