I was subbed out to A+ Moving and More which were awesome.
Very disappointing. They were supposed to show between 8-9am. I had a dock reserved for 11am at drop off. When they didn’t show I called Bellhop and they didn’t know what happened. Somebody finally showed up in an old beat up box truck with helpers an hour late. They had NO two wheel dollies, NO four wheel furniture dollies, very few pads and NO tape to wrap furniture up. We were over a half hour late for our load time, items were damaged, and the drivers and helpers took off without letting me know. What a disaster. I have ... read more
