I have used Bellhop for multiple moves and after this last move, it is too risky to use Bellhop since their movers vary in their skillsets regionally. During my most recent move, 1 mover showed up on time and 1 mover was late (30-45 minutes). I paid for 2 movers for 2 hours to move boxes and furniture out of a 10' truck. The individual mover started moving stuff on his own and destroyed a tool box which I am in the process of filing a claim for. We booked last minute in Charlotte the day before a winter storm and they were able to still make the move work. We worked with Christian Gabriel Sotolongo Lopez and Byron Dickens and they were communicative, punctual and efficient! We got everything done in three hours and in far less space than we anticipated. We would definitely work with this team again!
Great team of guys, on time, thorough, efficient, personable, and took time to get things right. Easy to book, good communication, highly recommend!
