If I could leave no stars I would. You were supposed to be at our house at 9am. I called looking for the movers at 1015 and was told that no one was coming. I insisted that you honor your contract and commitment. A crew showed up at 415pm that had no idea about our move until late in the day. You are the worst movers I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy. A very nice set of people came to help move me. I only wish that two 20ft trucks had turned up so that we didn’t have to go to the new house, unload as best they could, then return to the old house to load remaining furniture. This added unnecessary time and stress to the move.

Cortez and Donte helped me move through Bellhop. They were professional, courteous, and respectful. Very nice gentleman. They did a great job! Extremely grateful my things were handled with care. They had a positive attitude and were awesome overall. I would hire them again!
