Great team they were fast and very hard working guys.
Bellhop contracted out two movers from Crossroads, Michael and Stephen, for my move. I was very happy with Michael and Stephen! They were incredibly attentive to all of our furniture and made sure to wrap every big item in moving pads and carefully move them with dollies. The guys were so helpful and kind! Thanks Michael and Stephen!
I wish 0 stars was an option! Almost every piece of furniture was damaged because the movers did not use furniture pads. We had over 40 furniture pads available for them to use. They also stacked heavy boxes on top of boxes clearly labeled fragile and were damaged. Bellhop damaged 9 pieces of furniture due to how the movers packed our furniture and after submitting a claim, they offered me $87 for the damages.
