SCAMMY, GROSS, RIPOFF COMPANY, 3 days prior to my move I ordered two guys. I canceled the move I tried from the two days leading up to the move and couldn't get anyone on customer service. This company is disgusting. I found an address and drove there to cancel but it was a barber shop. I have sent emails as you can see and all they do is lie. My money hasn't been refunded. Like the other 1 star reviews, my move didn't happen on the scheduled day. One mover did show up, but he obviously couldn't move an entire house by himself. He tried calling Bellhop for help, but just had to enter a ticket through an AI. I attempted to call and also just had to leave an AI support request. Even though they flagged it as "urgent" I've been sitting here for an hour with zero contact. Warning! Avoid at all costs! This company is out to scam you. We scheduled an important move with Bellhops of Nashville weeks in advance. On the morning of the move, half of their crew failed to show up. The crew members that did show up refused to get started. They sat around for an hour (waiting for the rest of their crew to arrive) before they simply got up and left. They didn’t move a single thing. Nothing. If I could leave this company less than 1 star I would. They lied to us then stole our money. We were moving from one house to another 10 miles away. 3 floors of furniture and boxes. We called them to ask if they had their own professional movers and trucks. The call center said yes. This is false. Everyone and the truck were gig workers.
