Did not have the experience others have posted. Bought a used boat, broke down within 2 weeks. Dwayne blamed my husband for the problem with the engine. Very unprofessional! Have had three other reputable mercury outboard mechanics examine the issue and all confirmed this was not user error. Buyer beware!
