Had some major issues with jewelry from a DIFFERENT place, I had previously purchased jewelry from here. I told Abi my problem and she had the solution & resolved my issue. So professional and honest. Definitely going back in the future... thank you for saving my piercings🫶🏾🥹
Took our 4yo daughter by today after she asked to get her ears pierced. The ladies working there were very friendly and professional. Lauryn pierced my daughter's ears. Everything was wonderful. Shop and rooms were bright and spotless. 100% recommended.
More than a month ago, I brought my daughter here to have her ears pierced for the first time. We absolutely loved the way the staff treated and interacted with small kids. I took my 9 year old here to get her ears pierced and we had amazing service! They treated my daughter so well, they explained the after care instructions to her, we also bought earrings for her here and they helped her pick out a pair that fits her. We have bought many pairs of earrings here and 1 pair the ball fell off and we brought it in and they fixed the pair for us as well and provided great service when doing so. Defintely recommend for piercings and jewellery!
Pierced my 11 year old daughter's ears and an expo in Red Deer, Alberta. Both girls were extremely friendly and professional. My daughters ears healed quickly and very nicely! Thanks girls!
