Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. The only person who treated me with any level of decency was the phlebotomist. The nurse, Brittany, spoke to me in a way that felt patronizing rather than comforting. Dr. Edie Morgan spent only a few minutes with me, documented just 3 of the 20+ symptoms I shared, and dismissed my concerns by saying I was too young for perimenopause, even though I'm 42. NP Morgan is one of the most knowledgeable women’s health providers around! She is very skilled with routine exams and problems but she is an expert with hormonal therapy and abnormal concerns. Given the choice, I wouldn’t see anyone else!
