Unfortunately Bianca cut my hair nice, but the style never held bc she doesn't spend money on products to put in your hair. I had a lady that did my hair, and my style would hold for days but she retired. Bianca was late all the time, and stacking clients where she is working on both people or your waiting almost an hour. This is not acceptable especially when your tipping more than 50%. I mentioned to the owner and It seems like they don't care. Jazmin was nice, but I was really disappointed on how she styled my hair for my very first babyshower. When I came in she was busy working on someone else's hair which was fine as long as she attended to me on time which she did. I showed her a picture of the old hollywood waves I came in for. She said "okay I thought all hollywood waves look the same". But I was trying to show her how big I wanted my hair she said yeah thats fine.. she was done so fast all while also attending to someone else which took most of the time. wh... read more
