I have come to this shop multiple times for many services. Everyone is extremely professional and an artist for their particular service. What a great place! I was in today for lashes and a manicure. I witnessed a walk in customer who's behavior was absolutely appalling. She came in wanting a haircut and, as most people know, it is better to have wet, freshly shampooed hair. Rochelle W. My rating is zero for this joke of a salon. They do not have low sudsing shampoo for colored hair, so all my color washed out. They did not put a smock on me before washing my hair so my shirt got soaking wet. When I asked they said "we only put the smock on you for the haircut.” Then the hair wash girl said I can leave if I want to and then the only male worker there asked me to leave. DO NOT go to Bellezza Salon on Main Street in Hesperia, California. Worst experience of my life!

Today was my first time visiting as I am new to the area and was looking for a new hair place. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to come in. I was greeted by a young woman and who I believe is her mother. The young woman proceeded to wash my hair and communicated with me accordingly. I'm not sure that she used conditioner but I could be wrong. After that she instructed me to sit in one of the chairs where the other woman proceeded to ask me what kind of cut I would like. I went in as a walk-in after a Google search and was treated with the utmost kindness. Mary did exactly what I asked for and everything from washing to styling was included with the price of a haircut. I look forward to returning and trying out all services they offer!
