They have the greatest customer service! A product I ordered was out of stock and I very quickly called to help with the issue. I felt that the owner (Rob) was truly wanting to help and talked me through some products he thought would work for me. To take the time out of his day to help rather than just automatically refunding me was so nice to experience. I would definitely order from them again, especially considering how reasonable their prices were.
