Dr. Malm is just what the doctor ordered! He is knowledgeable, patient, caring, and flexible! Who could ask for more? Dr. Malm has been my doctor for almost 30 years. My wife is a patient also! Although I am usually not that easy to satisfy, Dr. Malm and his staff are more than accommodating. His clinic is clean, professionally operated and well-managed. Don't waste your time and money going to this place. They DO NOT CARE about !!! They have no respect for you, all they care is your credit card. They charge you even if they don't provide you with the service! Stay away if you don't want to regret!
I made an appointment with Dr. Edward Kogan regarding back pain that I have been having. The worst part of this office is the staff. Every time you call you are put on hold, the staff never identifies themselves, and they are very rude. They do not listen to your needs. Dr. Kogan examined me for my back pain and said he thinks it is a herniated disc in my back. He prescribed a muscle relaxer, a steroid anti-inflammatory. I saw Dr Michael Murphy for a Workman's Comp related injury. I already had my MRI and a Bone Scan done. I had called him because I was in pain. He requested to speak to one of my private Dr. which I gave consent. He completely LIED about my situation stating that there was absolutely NOTHING on my MRI and attempted to see if I was a pill seeker or if the pain was due to stress in my life causing "pain syndrome." I have now seen my own doctors and after I get an affidavit from my Dr. I will be seeking a malpractice lawsuit. E... read more
Dr. Kaz is an excellent OB/GYN. He listens to all your concerns and generally cares. He's very down to earth, and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone. I've been seeing him for the past 6 years and don't plan to change at all.
The staff at Will County Medical Associates is very nice and friendly. The quick care is fast, efficient, and the doctors and nurses are courteous and treat you like actual people instead of just another patient. It is also a very clean building. I always recommend this place to my friends and family!
