Came here to get layers. Told my stylist MANY MANY MANY times that I wanted it as long as possible. She showed me how much she was cutting beforehand and I repeated myself because it looked like too much. She assured me it was just the first layer and then proceeded to cut off ~3 inches all around my already medium length hair. She mutilated my scalp and gave me a bob right before school. Very bad service. I asked for layers and it came out so blocky and chunky and I had to pay $30 😭 I went to another hair salon straight after to fix it. It was so bad!
