Imagine power tripping over your egos because your control an HOA. Place is nice but HOA makes it one of the worst places to live.

Good maintenance team. However, the only free option to enter the place you are literally paying to live is using a key code at the gate that calls your cell phone to open the gate. EVERY TIME it is raining, this function does not work. The company is fully aware of this and will not fix it. If it's raining you have to sit there hoping and waiting for someone with the PURCHASED special key comes up to the gate. They charge you $75 to get a special key to the gate.
