Lynn and her team do a wonderful job making sure the property is well maintained! I’ve been here 11 months so far and have no complaints.
We’ve been here 6 years and the grounds get worse and worse each year. The staff in the front office are Incredibly rude and threaten you with fines when you ask about fixing things. I’ve been asking well over a year to fix our grass and it’s slowly gets worse. There are Board members who don’t live here that own multiple units, so they get multiple votes when it comes to making decisions.. Bottom line, I don’t recommend anyone move here.
I’m sick of how we’re treated here. Our grass has looked like this for over 2 years. Mgmt here is a joke. They’re always rude when you call in. Like our complaints aren’t valid??? I would not recommend moving here. I offered to buy sod myself and plant it but was told I’m not allowed. So they won’t fix it, and I’m not allowed….we’re supposed to just live with it. They say we’re “harassing them” about the grass because I brought it up 3 times in 2 months. They clearly have people posting good reviews on their behalf so their ... read more
