I discovered a black mold outbreak in my apartment unit (****) on 7/18/22 at ************ in *******, which is managed by CWS. I was diagnosed with bronchitis consistent with mold exposure and I had to use an inhaler and take anti-bacterial medicine.I alerted management and gave property manager *********************************** and Maintenance director **** a tour of the unit, showed them the mold, showed them the 84% relative humidity,and said that they need to take this seriously and ascertain the cause of the humidity ... read more

My apartment complex which Ive been at for a year recently switched over to CWS. The staff in the office hasnt been as friendly as previous staff. On 7/17 encountered my a/c unit not working. Contacted emergency maintenance several times, and no one came out until the next day 7/18/22 at 8am. Im not happy with how the property management handled it. From the start I should of stayed away! Black mold in my unit. No remidiation done. No hotel or accommodations forced to stay in a unit that is making us very ill. Offered to terminate our lease, my very unit is up for rent 3 days after I move out. Mold was not removed or cleaned up and they decided to install new flooring over mold. Air quaitly test shows mold and office will tell you there is no mold.thst is not mold. They are putting ************** and lives at risk.
I have lived in this apartment complex (Marquis ********************** District) for almost 6 years. At first it was alright. Now after changing office staff its a nightmare. CWS only wants your money. All of their practices and policies are meant to rob you. For instance, they expect me to have a key fob to enter the premises, its a $75 NON REFUNDABLE key fob that they expect you to return. This is a horrible place to live. Horrible staff. Staff's treatment to tenants is the worst Ive ever experienced. The property is getting old and outdated. There are thousands of roaches and water bugs throughout property units, and amenities.

I don't use the amenities because other people are using them and people are gross. While the actual apartment is lovely, the staff running this complex are completely and utterly useless. Update: when we went to the office they kicked us out, miss Page told us if you don't like it just leave.The apartment is infested with roaches, silver fish, lizards, all kinds and all sizes, this one is more than 2 inches long, they live inside the walls and come out from the ** vents. I submitted many maintenance requests but they were never able to solve the problem. I will be adding more pictures soon.The price, is expensive, size and location are roaches friendly.
