Management does not properly operate. Marquis on ********** promised a refund, yet I havent received it. I will be filing a civil suit

I have lived here 4 years it has gone ghetto in the past 2 years. Cars broken into the grounds look terrible and they have raised rent over and over. It has become section 8 housing for multiple families living in one unit. All maintenance is done by illegal immigrants to keep cost down I'm sure. It is a very unorganized place to live and managment is terrible. I could keep going.

Management at Marquis on ********** is horrible. They pick favorites to keep happy they are racists and do not care about tenants other than latino. Cant wait to break my lease and get out of here

I have just moved into the marquis at ******************* apartment who were just recently taken over by CWS apartments and the lack of urgency is ridiculous. I have been here a month and still do not have a portal set up to pay my rent or my water bill. I have tried to call corporate many times and they never answer the phone. This company needs to get it together. If I would have known it was going to be pulling teeth to get my lease printed and get set ** ** their portal to pay my rent I would have avoided these apartment... read more

I would not recommend this management company. Tenants' rights do not come first. The management staff at the property ************ are able to abuse their power to play favorites with tenants and make examples out of others. Very unprofessional management and maintenance team.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Marquis Midtown District. The management was unresponsive and failed to address multiple issues, including illegal subletting on Airbnb and constant disturbances from Airbnb guests, including fire alarms being pulled at 3am.The illegal subletting on Airbnb has caused constant disturbances, thefts, and even fire alarms being pulled at 3am by the guests. My partner was towed out of the complex twice. The first time was because he had parked inside the complex after office hours as there was no available parking in guest parking (8 spots total, with 2 being for reserved handicapped only). He was there for less than 10 minutes to pick up a few things before going back to his apartment. The company has kept my admin fee for more than a month and a half. They have told me they mailed the check 3x now. I am tired of their incompetence.
